GWYNN OAKS, Maryland — The Delaware State University bowling team finished second at the Coppin State Eagles Invitational.

After two days of competition, the Hornets finished 6-3 during baker and Traditional matches, with top individual bowler Sarah Orensky (211.4 average).

The Hornets won against Dominican University (901), DSU (910), Kutztown University (1010), DSU (1023), and Caldwell University (927), DSU (943). Thus, the Hornets finished first overall among MEAC opponents.
