Victoria Croston (jr.; Portsmouth, R.I.) has been named to the National Collegiate Equestrian Association Ariat All-America Equestrian First Team, while teammate
Aiden Stetzer (sr.; Harrisburg, Pa.) was a second team selection, the National Collegiate Equestrian Association announced this week.
In addition, Delaware State's
Kersten Zehner (sr.; Tomahawk, Wisc.),
Olivia Brown (so.; Berlin, Md.) and
Alexis Grogan (sr.; Hackettstown, N.J.) have earned Honorable Mention recognition, giving the Hornets a team-record five on the Ariat All-America list this year.
Croston is one of five riders nationwide earning first team honors in the Jumping Seat Flat category. She is Delaware State's fourth All-America first team selection, joining
Grace Wilson (Reining) in 2022, Brooke Moore (Horsemanship) in 2016 and Breann Huyett (Reining) in 2012.Croston's 2022-23 season has been highlighted by two ECAC Rider-of-the-Month awards and Most Outstanding Performer honors vs. then No. 1 TCU.
Stetzer is one of five second team All-America honorees nationwide in Reining. She was selected as the ECAC Rider-of-the-Year in Reining last week.
