Scuse had a superb day winning MVP honors in both Horsemanship and Western
Reining as the Hornets defeated Sacred Heart University of Connecticut
12-4. This was the Hornets first ever
regular season home event held at the DSU Magical Acres complex. DSU improved to 1-1 on the year in complete
team dual competition.
MVP awards also went out to Frayser Tuttle in the English
Flats and Kayla Blair in Fences. Sophomore
Christina Smith also had great day scoring an impressive 70 in Reigning.
DSU will be back in action next Saturday (November 10) hosting
South Dakota State at the Magical Acres complex.
